NC FAST- Trainer-Content Developer

NC FAST requires the services of a Trainer/Content Developer to support training implementation of NC FAST Project 3 modules.

The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a contract resource to assist with content development and delivery of training and implementation activities for NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST). This role will develop and provide system training on the NC FAST case management system to staff within the Department of Health and Human Services and to county department of social services staff. The NC FAST trainer/content developer will be responsible for providing effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees who oversee and administer nine federal and state economic benefit and social services programs that are managed through the NC FAST system.
